Simply fill up the participation form and submit it together with your resume to SP PACE Academy. Leading companies in the industry who are participating in the Work-Study Programme will review all candidates and select suitable trainees after contacting those shortlisted for interviews.
Benefits of the Work-Study Programme
Once you are selected for the Work-Study Programme, you will get a sign-on incentive of $5,000. In addition to the cash incentive, other key benefits you will get is a full-time job where you can pick up valuable industry experience and insightful learning opportunities through classroom training by Continuing Education & Training (CET) providers in Singapore.
On-the-job training and work-based projects by the participating companies will enable you to learn from the industry’s best and explore multiple career options and stay ahead in the competitive market. During the Advanced Diploma course, you will also learn about the work challenges you may face in future and find out solutions to deal with them by deepening your relevant technical skills through facilitated case studies that ultimately help to improve your occupational and personal competencies.
